Terms of Trade


PRIVATE CUSTOMERS  
 
The following constitute the terms and conditions of business between us, the Supplier of goods and services, and you, the client. 

1. Price - Quotations are valid for 20 working days. Your acceptance of our quotation/offer must be confirmed in writing prior to the work starting. We may withdraw that quotation at any time before acceptance.   
2. Payment - Invoices will be sent to you on completion of the work. Payment is due and payable by you within 7 days. Where work is undertaken over a period exceeding one month, invoices may be issued for progress payments covering the work done and costs incurred up to the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest per month on overdue amounts at our discretion. Any costs incurred in collection of overdue accounts will be added to the amount owing.  
3. Ownership - Any goods and materials supplied by us shall remain our property until paid for in full and while any money is due to us.  
4. Time to completion - We will complete the work within a reasonable time and will endeavour to meet any target date you make known to us. We are not liable for any delay or damage caused directly or indirectly by weather conditions, accidents, fire, failure of manufacturers to deliver and any other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Consents - You are responsible for obtaining any consents or other authority necessary for the work, and will provide them us on request.   
6. Warranty - We guarantee that we will remedy any defective workmanship and replace any faulty material that is reported to us within 7 days of completion of the work.   
7. Variations- -Once our quotation/offer has been accepted, variations to the scope of the work will only be accepted if they are agreed in writing. 
8. Plans - We shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of any plans and other information supplied by you. We shall bear no responsibility for any materials supplied in compliance with the plans.     


COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS 

The following constitute the terms and conditions of business between us, the Supplier of goods and services, and you, the client.

Where work is undertaken over a period exceeding one month, invoices may be issued for progress payments covering the work done and costs incurred up to the date of the invoice.
